Did a Cajun themed night and made my first shrimp creole using this recipe. It was delicious! I did find it to be soupy so I let it simmer for about an hour and added a tablespoon of tomato paste. Also added chopped up chicken thighs that really added flavor. This was a huge success for a hungry bunch watching the Saints game!""

This was so simple and delicious! A definite go to for us from now on. I used smoked chicken sausage and paired it with the shrimp creole from this show. Had a great Cajun themed night! The only issue was that the recipe made way too much rice so I just didn't put it all into the sausage and veggie pan.""

Reviewed Good Eats Meatloaf

The best meatloaf ever! I love the slight kick it has and it was super moist. Definitely going to be making again. Would agree with other reviewers that the cook temp/time is off. Had to turn it up to 375 and cook for 20 more minutes. Next time will do at 375 for an hour.
