This recipe is better if you add more garlic, mashed, you can add pork shoulder to it I'm large cubes. Cook for 3 hours and cover for the last hour at 325 in the oven, dry adobo. Also uses cider vinegar instead."

The pork came out great but needs a lot less salt, less oyster sauce and low sodium soy. I added extra sugar but could not cut the flavor, added more garlic. Think the recipe is a keeper if the sauce can be adjusted. The pork on its own is great."
