The only thing I did different was made extra meetballs. I'm glad I did! They were so good. Perfect soup for a sub zero winter day.

Great flavor. My eggplant cooked way down which just made a hearty, thick chili. I added pureed chipotles in adobo because it's what I had.

Delicious! These are so good when they first come out that I wanted to eat them all! My husband, who can't eat a bagel without cream cheese said they didn't need any.

This was absolutely delicious! Will be a once in a while treat since it's not healthy at all. Has anyone made this full fat and then made it with reduced fat cheeses, etc.? I'd be interested in knowing how they compare. I'm afraid I'd be disappointed after making it as written. BTW, I think franks buffalo sauce is perfect for this. More flavor th...
