I followed this recipe as close as I could. I did marinate over night. We thought the ribs were good, the meat was plump, fell right off the bone, and it was tasty but the sauce was less than stellar. I will look for a from scratch homemade sauce elsewhere. I cut the sauce in half and we still had about half left over so I will crock pot some chic"

I loved it, husband is a pain in the ass to cook for and he wasn't thrilled but who cares. I almost followed the recipe. I only had prosciutto on hand so I used that for the meat and used all the other ingredients except the Gorgonzola. I love that cheese but when I tasted the mix without it I felt the recipe had great flavor so I left it out. Sup"

I also love her heavier recipe for chicken and fennel which we LOVE but it is more suited for the cooler months in my opinion."
