"So wonderful! I too noticed that the wine took much longer to reduce down, 10-15 minutes, but it was so worth it. This was my first attempt at homemade soup and I think it will become a new signature dish for me. The frangrance was delightful and the recipe was easy to follow. Highly recommend!
