Reviewed Moist and Tender Turkey Breast

Great recipe. We used a 3.5 pound turkey breast (deboned). It was already oven browned/precooked and I followed it's instructions rather than this recipe's as far as cooking goes--350 degrees until it reached 140 on the thermometer, which took an hour and a half.

The recipe doesn't call for any herbs or spices, so I made my own combinat...

This recipe came out great, and it was the first time I got to use a candy thermometer! It took longer than 8 minutes for my sugar to get to the right temperature, but that's the only thing that was different.
It was a little tricky getting the giant marshmallow out of the pan, but once it start to peel off it was easy since it was so springy....

I gave it 4 stars since I changed the recipe like everyone else. But like another reviewer said, this recipe is a good baseline to work off of.
