“@ joehelton: there were parboiled potatoes that they grated in the food processor. Dry spices: salt, pepper, granulated garlic, granulated onion and cayenne. Mix dry mix into potatoes evenly, then bind with whisked eggs with (I though I heard) tamari added to it, and mixed well.
Looked like they used a small (3 or 4 oz) scoop to measure off...”
