Reviewed Smoked Paprika Chicken Thighs with Potato and Onion

Really interesting flavors. On some parts, you almost have to go with your cooking instinct and skills rather than the times/steps listed here. You may have to trim half the fat and skin off the chicken, cut the potatoes thicker or thinner, raise the heat, etc. I have made this multiple times in the original way listed and with some tweaks. I came for the alliteration, I stayed for the taste! Wonderful! I made this recipe twice and loved it. I cut down the heat by using only 1/2 can chipotle. (I put the second half of the peppers in a baggy and froze it for the next pork

I also made it with CHICKEN legs since I had to make it for someone who doesn't eat pork. ...

This was very delicious! I can't believe that I just found something like this. So easy! No boiling and letting cool. I used Pilon coffee. Its a fine ground blend. I like it because it is reasonably priced. Less than 3 dollars for a 10 oz brick. I only had 8 oz of coffee left so I just halved the recipe. 8 oz coffee and 1 gallon of water."

Reviewed Roasted Smoky Cauliflower with Limey Yogurt

Very tasty! Don't be afraid to look for the mango powder (amchur/amchoor powder) It can be found in many Indian grocery stores or those labeled as Asian. It really adds a wonderful notes of sweetness to the dish. After roasting the cauliflower using the recipe above, I continued on by using the leftovers in a cauliflower soup. Delicious!""
