"These are sooo good! I usually avoid frying but I used light mayo and a little less than suggested and olive oil for the frying (also probably a little less than suggested. I plugged this into my fitnesspal and was happy to see that it was only about 350 calories for two salmon cakes. Will be adding this to my regular rotation!"
