"We love Ikea's Meatballs. The nearest store is 1.5 hours away, so we only get to visit 2 or 3 times a year. The Ikea meal is served with meatballs, gravy, mashed potatoes and lingonberry jam. Reviewed Stuffed Pork Chops

"My grocery store has a bulk item section. The ingredients were very economical...prunes $.23 and almonds $.44. If you use alot of Claire's recipes she almost always uses infused olive oil. If it is not available in your store or too expensive...make it. We love goat cheese and usually always have some in the fridge. I too let the chops simmer in chicken broth. This is a great technique for getting juicy pork. Thanks Claire!
