Reviewed Nana's Cinnamon Rolls

"These were incredible! I always turn on the oven to a low temp (about 200 degrees) then turn it off, let it cool a few minutes then put anything that needs to rise in the oven for about an hour and they rise great. If you do this both times then the dough will rise and you'll have awesome cinnamon rolls!"

Reviewed Buttermilk Biscuits

"These were a flop. The flavor was pretty good, but the dough was extremely dry, didn't rise at ALL and got overcooked even though I didn't cook them the full 20 minutes. I agree with other reviewers that the 475 degree temp was too high. Probably should have been about 425. I've made lots of biscuits and have never had any turn out this poorly. I'"
