Reviewed Lobster Claw and Potato Salad with Horseradish-Mustard Dressing

"This recipe had to be altered due to the cost of lobster. Therefore, it was made for 2 ppl with 2 lobsters. The grained mustard completely killed this recipe. This was not even a fairly tasting recipe. ""

Reviewed Old-Fashioned Potato Salad

"I agree totally with mizjmassie!! This recipe is off! The potato amount is wrong. I only use sweet pickle relish, and I use green, red bell pepper, diced carrots, celery, and a dash of celery seeds. You must add yellow mustard, thicky, heavy mayonaise, onions, & boiled crumbled eggs. The key is to NEVER rinsed your cooked, cubed potatoes.""

Reviewed Butter Martini

"OKAY! I made this drink. But, I wasn't crazy about that raspberry taste. Also, the Chambord makes it taste like an all together different drink. So, I used the basic ingredients called for, EXCEPT I omitted the Chambord, and Added 1 teaspoon of Cream of Coconut. This makes the butterscotch liqueur much creamier! To me, that is what makes it BUTTER! ""

About Me

I LOVE FOOD! I LOVE COCKTAILS AS WELL.  I'm always trying new recipes, and making different drinks from bartending books, cookbooks, and online recipes as well. I'm very passionate about both. None of my friends have an interest in my passions. I don't want to be a professional chef, or professional mixologist. I'm just a fan of food & drink. Why pay $15 for a drink that I can make at home for less? Why go out and eat an entree for $45 when I can make it, or one similiar to it for less,...including leftovers? We entertain more frequently in the warmer months.
