Reviewed Miso Glazed Grilled Japanese Eggplant

I used eggplants I grew in my garden. I added ginger and garlic to the miso glaze for extra complexity. The flavor was great! On my propane grill the high heat suggested for the amount of time ended up scorching everything a bit much. I plan to try the broiler next time for better control."
