I have been cooking since I was 10 years old standing on a chair making soups, meals, and baked goods. My talents have been self taught and I always went after flavor using herbs and spices before it was kosher....I am older now, but I still love to cook the old fashioned way using fresh ingredients when ever possible. Today a nice pot of soup on the stove still says love is filling this kitchen.
