Reviewed Gingerbread Cupcakes with Orange Icing
"I was disappointed with this. I still think there was something missing, like eggs maybe? The cupcake was dense, but dry. I don't think it paired well the lightness of the orange frosting, which was really good. I did like the rum-soaked raisings, though. Good flavor, just too dry.
