"The only pro about this recipe is that it looks great on a platter! I was SO excited to try this receipe - but like many of the other reviewers, I could not get my feta to stay on the skewer for the life of me. I even tried putting it in the freezer first! I ended up making the skewer w/out the feta - and then crumbling the feta overtop of them.
I still love the idea of this recipe. I think I will make them again, but next time I will use those little bocconchini mozzerella.
