"Thank you Aarti, I wanted to cook Indian dish soooo bad. I caught your show last week and was impressed at how easy you made your dish, Beef Vindaloo. I loved it, and finally today i decided to try to make this dish. It was fabulous. I forgot to purchase a spice grinder and used a motar to crush my spices and i removed the cinnamon afterwards. But"
