I find it interesting that so many people commented that this dish was bland. I am a private chef, and I use this as a go to "at home" recipe. I realiza that the slicing, etc might seem monatanous to some-but I enjoy it! Make sure to check the date of purchase on your dried herbs, they can get bland after 6 months, and are tasteless after 9 months"
