And just to add to my last review, we always have left over sauce. I recently tried freezing it and it held up well. To thaw, I let the container sit in hot water to thaw, and then just warmed it about 30 sec in microwave and it tasted like it was freshly made. Don't let the sauce go to waster. Freeze it and use it another day!!!!"

For those who are wondering, the 100% cranberry juice (not juice cocktail) makes this recipe!!! Apple cranberry was too sweet even with half the sugar. I thought they were a little bland...not buttery enough for my liking....but the texture was nice and fluffy. I did not use a food processor. Mine was broken so I used a hand mixer and that worked just fine. I will give it another shot, but I will use SALTED BUTTER as some of the other reviews suggest and see what happens.

Four stars because the recipe is not speicifc. 1. Do you saute the shallots and sprouts in the pancetta fat or different oil? 2. How long do you roast the sprouts???? Very fresh flavor. Roasted a few bell peppers and made a puree to add to the sauce for a little extra kick. Instead of sour cream, I used a little goat cheese on top. Will try some of the other suggestions next time.

this was great...but I thought little heavy as an appetizer. After a couple, I was FULL!!! It easy was to make and I loved the apricot and chicken together. But, I was not a fan of the fontina, so I just picked it off and ate it without and it was still good! Next time, I might try a different cheese.
