Reviewed Sausage and Leek Casserole

"I didn't wait overnight. I cooked it right away. On top of the Sausage and Leek mixture I put matchstick/julianned carrots on top and sprinkled a lot of shredded cheese on top. The Carrots added more moisture and a great additional flavor. Additionally, I used HOT spicy ground sausage. A lot more flavor and we did not think it was overly spic"
