I mixed coconut oil with olive oil instead of the butter and roasted at 425 for 30 and then 375 for 40..I had no rosemary in the garden, so I used fresh basil and fresh tarragon. The lemon taste is still apparent and I love that. mmm mmm mmm. As usual the pioneer woman puts out a good recipe! Thanks Ree!"

My mistake, forgot to pound, as a result i had to cook for 45 minutes, turn them over, and cook another 15. Even though I messed up, this was delicious! tender and juicy. I also used panko instead of flour and I used almond milk instead of buttermilk. delicious."
