Reviewed Spiced Pumpkin Cupcakes

Instead of making cupcakes, I decided to use two loaf pans. Also, I used about 3/4's of the confectioner's sugar instead of the whole box. This was an absolute wonderful recipe. The loaves were super moist and light and the frosting was delicious. Everyone loved this! Can't wait to make it again!"
