This is a fantastic dish! I recommend using 1/2 jalapeno if you are sensitive to hot food. Make sure you take the seeds out. For a more colorful dish use a red and orange or yellow pepper not orange with yellow because when you grill them the orange becomes more translucent and the color blends. The Greek yogurt portion in the recipe is too small...
