My Activity

Reviewed Gina's Crusty Cornbread

"Absolutely the worst cornbread recipe I have ever eaten. Way too dense, not nearly sweet enough. Followed the recipe exactly. Somethin is just missing."

Reviewed Bruschetta with Fontina and Greens

"Definately a keeper - delicious. Be sure to use BABY spinach, or put a light chop on regular spinach. I got regular spinach at the produce market and the bites were a little large and hard to eat. Did not detract at all from the delicious flavor. Thanks for another great one, Giada! Also could not find ciabatta - used multi grain baguette cut into slices for individual servings - still great."

Reviewed Shrimp Fra Diavolo

"I did not care for this recipe - thank goodness I tasted the sauce before I put the pricey Gulf shrimp in. The anchovies over-powered the flavor, and I like anchovies. Dumped the sauce out and started over again.

Reviewed Herbed Chicken with Spring Vegetables

"I thought the herbs were not that tasty - the fennel was overpowering. My sauce took much longer than 5 minutes to reduce. Average flavor - I won't be making this again.
