"A winner. Family asked for multiple seconds. Cut down on the amount of pasta as recommended by reviewers, more Mozzarella than called for. Other than that, recipe to a tee. Very good "

"Just great, 4 stars all the way. One of the best I've tasted. Thanks to the reviewers which warned me about the amount of liquid, keeping it down, so not to make it runny. Used red wine instead of marsala, very rich flavor. Giada always has a home run recipe.
