I used broccoli instead of brussel sprouts. It came out mushy ): but the flavor was great. I will make this again but I wont blanch the broccoli next time that should make it a 5 star recipe. Also next time I will add some cheese to the white sauce to help it thicken. ""

I followed the recipe to the T and was very disapointed at how tuff the ribs were! After reading the other reviews I can only assume I didn't cook the ribs long enough? The only problem now is how much longer do I cook them so that they are fall off the bone tender?????!!!!
