It needed something. Maybe a good sprinkling of chopped rosemary. Also, salt the potatoes! Forgot the truffle oil for the first couple of bites, that sure did help though.

The chicken was moist and delicious. The bread underneath got funky with the creme fraiche dripping into it at the end. Made the bread too sour and wet. Next time, I'll pull the bread out before the final glaze. "
