Reviewed stuffed shells with arrabbiata sauce

Yes, it was yummy; but I made a few changes. I used cottage cheese instead of ricotta; in my opinion it tastes better. I added baked shredded chicken and spinach to the cottage mixture omitting the mint ( to strong of flavor for me, tried in 1st attempt). Other than a few changes a great recipe.

I admit, I was very skeptical of the cinnamon and nutmeg, but it turned out fantastic. The lemon wasn't overpowering, I didn't have whole nutmeg, so I used a pinch of ground nutmeg. Made tonight for my husbands b-day and we enjoyed it, only thing i would change is the amount of garlic recipe calls for. It adds flavor but its too much of a garlic taste, i had to pick some out of my spinach."

Tried recipe today and my husband ate two plates, I added a green pepper with the onions & mushrooms. I've also tried The Neely's homemade bbq sauce and all my friends loved it, it' s yummy on mushrooms wrapped in bacon. Can't wait to try a new recipe."
