I'm a foodie, an old foodie at that! I have been a Food Network fan since the day you began airing and have attended your on-line food le cordan bleu university. Fact is, I can't get enough of ya'll. I am considered a pretty good cook; and although not professionally trained I have "chefed" for commercial establishments, most notably moderate sized full-service hotels. I love to cook and the more ecclectic the crowd the better I love it. I am a Mother of 3 and Grandmother of 6, a professional and recreational blogger and managing a small motel. I would give my left leg to open a small restaurant featuring nothing but Food Network chef recipes. Who knows, maybe before I turn 99 (I'm 69 now) I'll get my wish.
