Reviewed Baked Eggs with Canadian Bacon, Spinach, and Aged Cheddar

"Substituted the spinach with some zuchini, used ham instead of canadian bacon but baked 2 eggs. in a ramekin which led to having raw whites and not so runny egg yolks. Next time should take the advice and bake each egg in a different ramekin. I used more spices /seasoning than required but I still think it could use some more seasoning. Overall a "

Reviewed Quinoa With Garlic, Pine Nuts and Raisins

"Indeed best quinoa recipe I have tried so far! Roasted the quinoa for @7 min until golden as others suggested. Left the parsley out as I did not have any on hand. Next time I will try to add a bit of Parmesan to it. Was afraid of it being to sweet due to the raisins...but It was not the case! Loved it."

Reviewed Baked Shrimp Scampi

"Followed the advice of others and used less butter and kind of eyeballed the rest! I love shrimp and this tastes absolutely fabulous. Did not understand the need of the egg yolk in the butter so maybe next time will try without it. No crispy panko so yeah, if you want that just put it on top. Served it on fresh pasta but I can see this being eaten"

Reviewed Peach Cobbler

"Absolutely love the filling. My peaches were sweet but not too soft. I used 1/2 cup of sugar and it was delish! Did not care much about the crust but for filling alone this deserves 5 stars. Quick and easy and works great served with vanilla icecream!"

Reviewed Salmon in Lemon Brodetto with Pea Puree

"The brodetto by itself is horribly sour but seems to work well under the fish. I did like the pea pure but I would not put the fish on top of it while serving, the pea pure is already "dissolving" into the brodetto without the added pressure of the fish on top of it. Overall a good balanced meal!"
