Reviewed Green Bean, Walnut and Feta Salad

"I took this to a gathering and it was a hit. It is easy and a nice blend of flavors. I appreciate that it is on the healthier side without a heavy cream sauce, i.e. green bean casserole."

Reviewed Penne with Spinach Sauce

"I love this recipe. I used feta instead of goat cheese and was a tad bit talty, but I compensated by making a larger batch. My garlic cloves were on the large size so I used only two and that was just about right. Since there was some left over I added chopped fire roasted red pappers for lunch the following day. This was very good. I also want to add some sun dried tomatoes in the future. "
