Sure this recipe was easy, but it took way too long for a pot of tomato soup. It was yummy, but not amazing. I didn't care for the texture, but I didn't strain it, which may have improved the texture. I think I'll stick to opening a can of Progresso tomato basil for my tomato soup fix."
