"lower guilt recipe just as good! I subsituted 1/2 of the oil (about 2/3c) with applesauce, and only added 1/2 the confectioners sugar in the icing and it was still amazing! I love BC's recipes. She rocks! Made it yesterday, and just had another slice today and its even better the day after! "
