Although my paneer didnt stay as firm as we would have liked the dish was a big hit and I will make it again...I used both white and red onions and added a green chili in place of the serrano pepper... I have a two year old so we try not to make things too hot...it was very tasty...I think I will add more onions and garam masala to it the next tim"

I didn't have much luck with this one but I was able to use the cheese...I think I didn't turn down the heat fast enough so the curdles were so small I wasnt able to get it to firm up very well and the lemon taste didnt come out as well as well as I would have liked...we used it in the Saag Paneer...although it didn't remain solid like I would hav"
