Reviewed Banana Walnut Bread

"This is the one you want to keep! This was the best banana bread recipe I have ever tried. I had just about given up banana bread because they either come out with burnt edges and mushy insides or weighing like bricks in your hand (and stomach) or dry and chaulky tasting. But, this recipe hit a perfect balance in moisture and flavor. The technique of folding the whipped eggs with vanilla and then adding it to the butter and sugar helps start with a light, fluffy base. I knew before I baked it that this was the one. And, boy was I right. All my brunch guests raved about how good this was. It was gone before brunch was over.
