This recipe is FANTASTIC and plan on making it often. I basically halved the recipe except for the egg. Cilantro was key! I cooked 2 large patties on the stove top with some oil and the outside had a nice crust. I'd suggest to eat with some chipotle mayo!"

This is super tasty and much more flavor than mashed potatoes. Even if you don't like cauliflower at least give it a try, I think you'll be pleasantly surprised! Just make sure you have the right equipment to blend. "

Not good. Will make your man run away. The mix of spices definitely did not go well at all. Would not suggest this for dinner.

This is a great recipe! I didn't make the homemade mayo, but used miracle whip instead--that is the key! I also just used a couple dashes of vinegar. Otherwise, very tasty and good warm or chilled!

very easy and very tasty!! Love the pork,a great touch. Not sure if I missed something, but there was no heat--be sure to add a jalapeño or a spicy pepper. Otherwise fantastic!
