“I am quite surprised at how this recipe was prepared. First off, the 15 minute marinating time is not even close to enough time for this recipe! The purpose of the Yogurt is to tenderize the chicken. That being said, the chicken should be left in the marinade for AT LEAST 2 hours, but preferably over night.
