Fantastic! I have been wanting to try these a while - used some salt pork I had in the freezer and used 1 green and 1 red pepper. Easy - totally put them on and forgot about them. Will freeze some for later but will serve them with eggs and chorizo tomorrow morning and may make some cornbread - just because I know the combo will be delicious!"
