Reviewed Microwave Fudge

I have been making this fudge for years, but I make it in a sauce pan on the stove top, simmering & stirring until the chips melt & it is a smooth consistancy, then I stir in the vanilla & nuts. No boiling over when you do it that way! I then spread it in a wax paper lined pan (for an easy and clean removal) & chill. ""
