Reviewed Granola Bars
"Great recipe. I did change a few things.. First, I tried it with 4oz molasses and 2.5oz honey. The molasses seemed to give it a richer taste. Plus when I compared it to the Honey only batch, the batch with molasses seemed to stay together better. Also, I used a buttered CupCake pan to bake individual portions so I did not have to cut them later. I used a number 40 scooper to keep the portions the same. And I used a second cupcake pan to compress the mixture into the first pan. Also, I'm not an Almond fan, I used crushed peanuts. As for the fruit, equal parts died blueberries, dried cranberries (craisins) and raisins."
