Reviewed Branzino with Brown Butter and Almonds on a Bed of Crispy Kale

We LOVED this recipe! I cooked it for my family and boyriend on Valentine's Day, but substituted Blue Nose Sea Bass for the branzino. And I broiled the kale for 4 minutes, not 6 minutes. Served it w/ organic baby spinach sauteed in EVOO and fresh minced garlic alongside a side of toasted almond rice. DELICIOUS!!! ""
