"Not quite sure I'd rate this as "easy"...ok maybe it was "easy" but can we add messy...but FUN..and oh yes tasty!!!! The mess might have been more my fault...just be careful transferring the tomato mixture into a blender, then once back in the skillet watch for splatter. Totally worth it...will make it again and again! Thought I had garam masala, "
