Reviewed Brown Sugar Cornmeal Cake with Sweet Yogurt Topping
"My nephew and I both liked this recipe. Whilst we agree the texture is not what one would expect in a cake,it is not unpleasant. We agreed it wasnt "cake" sweet, which is fine with us. More like a sweet cornbread with carmel undertones from the brownsugar. We particularly liked the yogurt topping...will make again.."
