Did this with both chicken and fish. Family liked the fish better. Cooked at 400' and it came out wonderfully crisp and moist. Cut way down on salt, and used fresh herbs. It is a keeper.

I used premade crust but put in my own pie plate, 9.5", and no spillover. Will cut down on sugar next time to 1/2c, and cut down on tapioca as it was totally jelled, and we like it a little juicy. Granola was not liked by all.

Started with original recipe, awful, big blobs because it had way too little butter. On second try doubled the butter, used one cup, not one stick. Better, but I think her triple chocolate cookies make a better base. Also went with dried cherries which I prefer.""
