Reviewed Cream of Wild Mushroom Soup

A really good soup. I couldn't afford wild mushrooms, so I just used standard flat mushrooms from the supermarket and it tasted great. I also used single cream instead of half and half to make it lower in fat. I didn't use the amount of salt suggested, but that is my personal taste.
