Easy enough to cook, I made the recipe to a T, and put in chocolate chips and some toffee bits. As I was making the dough, finally got all the flour mixed in but it was more like bread dough, so I added a tsp of canola oil which thinned it out a bit more like cookie dough. It was still difficult to spread in the pan. They came out looking fantast...
