I thought these had a great flavor. I separated the dough into 2 chunks and wrapped them separately to make it easier to roll. The dough is very stiff at first, but it is better that way because they don't get too soft as you roll and cut. I would recommend chilling the cut outs for about 10 minutes before baking so they keep their shape better....
