Reviewed Spicy Baked Chickpeas

The key to this recipe is PLAN AHEAD. I drained the chickpeas and wrapped them in a kitchen towel and left them for about an hour, then I spread them out on a paper towel and just left them there for another 45 min. I followed the recipe exactly from that point and the results were perfect.
