For years, I have been known for my chicken corn soup. I made it for coworkers with colds and even sent my son off to college with mason jars which he kept under lock and key in his dorm room . But my new daughter-in-law has developed an equal affinity for this soup and wondered why it's soooooo good to which my son responded, "I don't know - not"

No one is more shocked than I when something I make actually tastes great and this certainly does! I was overrun with Sweet 100 and plum tomatoes and I've made more sauce for the freezer than I care to think about. I'm a tomato soup lover and thought I'd give this a try so I made a big pot for the freezer. Wonderful flavor and simple to prepare "

Wish I had read the reviews first but I was in a hurry to get baking today. Yes, it's way too much batter for a loaf pan and now that it has overflowed and burned all over the bottom of the oven, I hope the cake tastes way better than my house smells. By the way, left out the liquor and added a bit of orange flavoring for more fresh punch."
