Delicious recipe! I added about a tsp chili powder for a little kick and about a tsp garlic salt as well. I only cooked them at 400 degrees and they turned out very yummy, although if I had cooked at 450 they might have been crispier."

Very good, simple recipe. I added about 1 1/2 tbsp of lemon juice instead of half a fresh lemon. I am not sure you need 2 tbsp sugar, I might cut it half next time. "

One of the best recipes I've tried in a long time!!! I nixed the fennel (not a fan), but added celery, garlic, thyme, vegetable broth, and instead of just using frozen peas used a bag of mixed veggies. The taste was excellent, make sure to add salt and pepper throughout the cooking, otherwise it will end up bland. My vegetable mixture never thickened...
