Reviewed Wonderful Parmesan Zucchini Strips

"Delicious recipe! I added about a tsp chili powder for a little kick and about a tsp garlic salt as well. I only cooked them at 400 degrees and they turned out very yummy, although if I had cooked at 450 they might have been crispier."

Reviewed Glazed Vegetables

"Very good, simple recipe. I added about 1 1/2 tbsp of lemon juice instead of half a fresh lemon. I am not sure you need 2 tbsp sugar, I might cut it half next time. "

Reviewed Vegetarian Pot Pie

"One of the best recipes I've tried in a long time!!! I nixed the fennel (not a fan), but added celery, garlic, thyme, vegetable broth, and instead of just using frozen peas used a bag of mixed veggies. The taste was excellent, make sure to add salt and pepper throughout the cooking, otherwise it will end up bland. My vegetable mixture never thickened up like I thought it would, but I think that was my fault and not the fault of the recipe. Even my brother, who hates "vegetarian food" loved this recipe, it was a real hit with my family!
